Generally, small drives with sidewalks can be finished in less than 2 hours. Houses and roofs can take up to 4 hours. Fences are much more tedious and could take even longer.

We use slightly harsher chemicals and will scrub the stains after soaking. It will greatly reduce oil stains, but they rarely come completely out. Anyone who says they can eliminate a bad stain is setting an unrealistic expectation.
